Abstract
Polyphenols are a class of complex secondary metabolites which have more phenolic hydroxyl groups.They are widely distributed in plants and possess antioxidant,free radical scavenging and lipid-lowering effects.In this review,the classification,extraction methods,detection methods and pharmacological activity of polyphenols were summarized for further research.关键词
