双黄连粉针3种主要有效成分致动物类过敏性实验研究
Anaphylactoid Reactions of Three Effective Components in Shuanghuanglian Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the anaphylactoid reaction of three effective components in Shuanghuanglian injection . Mehtod:Use in vivo and in vitro method for simultaneously three main effective components by mast cell degranulation and histamine and tryptase release effect evaluation of protein trypsin in Shuanghuanglian injection .Results:Mast cells produced serious degranulation responses and were not caused by three kinds of main components , histamine and tryptase levels compared with saline group also had no significant difference .Conclusion:Anaphylactoid reaction was not caused by three main effective components of Shuanghuanglian injection .关键词
