RP-HPLC法测定六味千骨巴布剂中柚皮苷的含量
Determination of Naringin in Liuwei Qiangu Cataplasm by RP-HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Naringin in Liuwei Qiangu Cataplasm by RP -HPLC.Methods:The HyperClone 5u BDS C18 130A column (250mm ×4.6mm,5micron) was used,and the mobile phase was methand -waters-acetic (45:55:2).The flow rate was 1.0mL/min;the column temperature was 28℃;the detection wavelength was 284 nm.Results: The linear range of Naringin was within 0.061 6μg ~1.232μg ( r =0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.34%,RSD=1.04%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,fast,and the result is accurate and reliable .It can be used for quality control of the Naringin in Liuwei Qiangu Cataplasm .关键词
