Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect on senile depression treated by Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline .Methods:Select 160 cases of senile depression patients and they were divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group .According to double-blind principle ,observation group was given the Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline therapy , and the control group was treated with sertraline .Observe and compare the HAMD score changes , clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups .Results:8 weeks after treatment , HAMD scores of two groups were markedly improved , and the improvement of observation group was obviously better than that in the control group;total effective rate ( 92 .5%) of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (68.75%);the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group (21.25%) compared with that of con-trol group (18.75%), and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect on senile depression treated by Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline is distinct , high safety and worth clinical pro-motion.关键词
