超声心动图评价电针内关穴对糖尿病心肌病大鼠心功能的影响
Echocardiographic Evaluation of Changes of Cardiac Function after Electroacupuncturing at Neiguan Point for Rats with Diabetic Cardiomyopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate changes of cardiac function by using echocardiography after electroacupuncturing at Neiguan point for rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy .Methods:30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group(NC),model group and treatment group (10 in each group).Diabetic cardiomyopathy models were repro-duced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin ( STZ ) .The treatment group received electroacupuncture Neiguan point therapy ,and evaluate changes of cardiac function by using echocardiography after cardiomyopathy electroa -cupuncture for diabetic rats after eight weeks .Results:After eight weeks electroacupuncturing at Neiguan point for rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy ,in the treatment group , left atrium diameter ( LA) , Left ventricular diameter ( LV) , inter-ventricular septum(IVS), Left ventricular posterior wall thickness (PVPW) were much smaller(P<0.01);the parame-ters of systolic function of left ventricular stroke volume (SV),ejection fraction(EF), shortening fraction(PS)were im-proved significantly(P<0.01);the parameters of systolic function of left ventricular stroke volume: EF slope(MEF), early diastolic peak flow velocity (PVE) and PVE/PVA were improved significantly (P<0.01);late diastolic filling peak velocity was much smaller(P<0.01),while the value of Tei index was lower (P<0.05)when compared with those of model group .Conclusion:Electroacupuncturing at Neiguan point for rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy can improve their heart function ,and echocardiography is an essential tool to evaluate its effect .关键词
