Determination of Hydroxytyrosol in Syringa oblata Lindl.leaf by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Hydroxytyrosol in Syringa oblata Lindl.leaf.Meth-ods:The determination was developed on C 18 column.Methanol -water was used as mobile phase and the detective wavelength was set at 221nm, respectively.Results:The linear ranges of Hydroxytyrosol were 3.03~48.40μg/mL(r=0 .999 8 ) , respectively .The average recovery was 98 .3%( RSD=1 .6%) , respectively .Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate , which could be used for the quality control of Syringa oblata Lindl.leaf.关键词
