Abstract
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of 24-Acetate alisol A ,23-Acetate alisol B,Hesperidin and 5,7 -Dimethoxycoumarin in Guanmaikang capsules .Methods:An Hypersil C18 column was used as the chromatographic column ,and the flow rate was 0 .9 ml/min.The mobile phase A consisted of Acetonitrile , and the mobile phase B consisted of 0.05%Acetic Acid Solution;λ1 =208 nm(24-Acetate alisol A and 23-Acetate alisol B),λ2 =284 nm(Hesperidin),λ3 =326 nm(5,7-Dimethoxycoumarin).Results:There was a good linear rela-tionship between the concentration of 24 -Acetate alisol A,23 -Acetate alisol B,Hesperidin and 5,7 -Dimethoxy-coumarin and peak area value when the concentrations of 24-Acetate alisol A,23-Acetate alisol B ,Hesperidin and 5, 7-Dimethoxycoumarin were within the range of 0.031 4 ~0.628 0 μg(r =0.999 7),0.068 2 ~1.364 0 μg(r=0.999 9),0.020 8~0.416 0 μg(r=0.999 5),0.054 4~1.088 0μg(r=0.999 4).The average recovery rates were 98.6%(RSD=0.92%),97.8%(RSD=0.70%),97.2%(RSD=1.20%) and 98.4%(RSD=1.31%).Conclu-sion:The method is convenient ,accurate,sensitive,reproducible and may be used in the determination of 24-Acetate al-isol A,23-Acetate alisol B,Hesperidin and 5,7-Dimethoxycoumarin in Guanmaikang capsules .关键词
