加味参蛤散对缓解期哮喘患者 Th1／Th2平衡及细胞因子水平的影响研究
Effect of Th1/Th2 Balance and Level of Cytokines of Asthma Patients in Remission Stage Treated by Jiawei Shenha Powder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinically curative effect of Jiawei shenha powder in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage and its influence on patients with Th 1/Th2 immune balance and partial cytokines .Methods:Eighty-eight cases of bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group .They were treated with Jiawei Shenha powder and Shah Mette Lo fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation therapy separately .A course of treatment was for four weeks and three courses were served .The clinically curative effect and peripheral blood Th1, Th2 cell, and the expression level were observed three months later .Results:The total effective rate in the treat-ment group was higher than that in the control group .After treatment the serum Th1 increased, Th2 decreased, Th1/Th2 increased .There was a significant difference compared with the control group ( P<0 .01 ) .Conclusion:Jiawei Shenha powder can improve the immune imbalance of Th 1/Th2 of bronchial asthma patients and the expression of inflammatory mediators.It is obviously effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma in remission stage .关键词
