Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect for Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method combined with chemotherapy on ad -vanced breast cancer .Methods:Select 54 patients with advanced breast cancer and they were randomly divided into two groups .27 patients in treatment group were administered with “FAC chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs”;27 patients in control group were with “FAC chemotherapy”.Observe the changes with tumor size , KPS, toxic side effects ,immunology indexes and the values of CEA and CA 153 between groups after four cycles of chemotherapy .Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 70.37%;the control group was 40.74%, and there was a significant difference ( P<0 .05 ) .The KPS score increase stable rate of treatment group and the control group were respectively 92 .59%and 66.67%, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05).In treatment group, the incidences of the classes of leuko-cyte, platelet and hemoglobin degression , nausea and vomiting , neurotoxicity and ECG changes were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the immune indexes of CD3 +,CD4 +and NK cells were sig-nificantly increased and the immune indexes of CD8+was decreased in treatment group, and in control group,the im-mune indexes of CD3 +, CD4 + were significantly decreased .By comparison, those differences were significant ( P <0.05 ) .There were also differences between two groups in CEA and CA 15-3 after treatment ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine method with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method can control the progress of advanced breast canc -er, raise life quality, alleviate the side effect of chemotherapy and improve immune function .关键词
