Effect of Di Huang Yin Zi on Apoptosis of Mitochondrial Pathway in Hippocampus of Senescence Accelerated Mouse Prone 8
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the pharmacodynamic mechanisms of Di Huang Yin Zi ( DHYZ) on apoptosis of mito-chondrial pathway of senescence accelerated mouse prone 8.Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Apaf-1mRNA,Caspase-9mRNA and Caspase-3mRNA.Results:Compared with model group ,DHYZ could decrease the expression of Apaf -1 mRNA, Caspase -9mRNA, Caspase -3mRNA in the hippocampus of SAMP8 mice,which was statistically significant .Conclusion:The apoptotic inhibition of DHYZ for SAMP 8 mice may be through repairing mi-tochondrial damage and decreasing the expression of pro -apoptotic factors to reduce the loss of neurons .关键词
