逍遥散抗大鼠肝纤维化活性部位的筛选
Preliminary Screening of Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Fractions from Xiaoyao San
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To estimate the anti-hepatic fibrosis activity of the extracts of Xiaoyao San in rats .Methods:Liver fibrosis model in rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of 10%CCL4 -oliver oil.Observe the effect of differ-ent extract fractions from Xiaoyao San by testing the indexes of hepatic function ( ALT, AST,γ-GT, TBIL) and the se-rum four items of hepatic fibrosis (HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C).Results:The serum levels of ALT, AST, γ-GT in 20%ethanol extract fraction, the serum levels of ALT, AS,γ-GT, TBIL, HA, LN, PCⅢ, Ⅳ-C in 50%ethanol extract fraction and the serum levels of ALT ,γ-GT, HA in 80%ethanol extract fraction decreased significantly com-pared with the model group ( P<0 .05 or P<0 .01 ) .Conclusion: The effect in 50% ethanol extract fraction is better than 20%and 80%ethanol extract fractions and the anti -hepatic fibrosis active fractions of Xiaoyao San are 50%etha-nol extract fraction .关键词
