Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Kuntai capsule and estrogen replacement therapy on perimenopa-usal syndrome .Methods:110 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .There were 43 ca-ses in each group .The control group was received 2 mg estradiol valerate one time a day .The treatment group received 1 mg estradiol valerate one time a day .The treatment of Livial lasted for a month .The patients in treatment group were also given Kuntai capsules three times a day for one month .Results:In the control group 22 cases were markedly effec-tive .13 cases had effect .The total effective rate was 63 .6%.In the treatment group 28 were markedly effective .18 ca-ses had effect .The effective rate was 83 .6%.The total efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the con-trol group.The differences had a statistical significance (χ2 =5.67,P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment, serum FSH , LH, E2 of control group and treatment group had a significant difference ( P<0 .05 ) .Compared with the control group , the changes of FSH and E 2 in the treatment group were better than those in the control group , which had a statistical significance (t=1.25, 2.44,P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsule and estrogen replacement therapy on perimenopausal syndrome with estrogen replacement show a better clinical efficacy and fewer adverse reactions .关键词
