Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Wulongdan combined with sulfasalazine on ankylosing spondy -litis.Methods:66 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into a treatment group with 36 patients and a control group with 30 patients.The treatment group received Wulongdan combined with sulfasalazine therapy ,and the control group was given sulfasalazine treatment .Both groups were given NSAIDs therapy when necessary and record the dose and the num-ber of days of medication .Before and after treatment observe two groups of patients according to efficacy and laboratory parameters to change the situation .Results: After 12 weeks of treatment , patients in both groups according to time of morning stiffness, ESR, CRP, BASFI, BASDAI were more significantly than before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).The clinical effectiveness of the treatment group was high-er (P<0.05), and fewer side effects than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Wulongdan combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has a good effect .关键词
