狭叶荨麻提取物抗炎镇痛药理作用研究
Anti -inflammatory and Analgesic Effect of Extracts from Urtica Angustifolia
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of anti -inflammation and analgesia of extracts from Urtica angustifolia . Methods: Research of anti -inflammatory effect were done through dimethylbenzene -induced ear swelling models of mice, egg white -induced paw edema models of rats and research of analgesic effect were done through acetic acid -in-duced writhing reaction on mice and hot plate -induced pain on mice.Results: Above experiments showed that ethyl ac -etate extract group could significantly restrain dimethylbenzene -induced ear swelling of mice and egg white -induced paw edema of rats compare with model group .At the same time, ethyl acetate extract had a significantly analgesic effect on acetic acid -induced writhing reaction on mice and hot plate -induced pain on mice.Conclusion: This study demon-strates that ethyl acetate extract from Urtica angustifolia has a remarkably anti -inflammatory and analgesic effect .关键词
