桂枝茯苓丸对子宫内膜异位大鼠腹腔液中 IL -6和 TNF -α水平的影响
Effect of Guizhi Fuling Pills on the Changes of IL -6 and TNF -αin Peritoneal Fluid of Rats with Endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling pills on endometriosis of rats .Methods: Autologous grafting endometriosis rat models were established , and the successful moldel rats were randomly divided into a model group ,a danazol group, Guizhi Fuling pills low, medium and high dose groups, and a control group.After 30 days, use ELISA method to detect the rat peritoneal fluid of IL -6 and TNF -αcontents.Results: Guizhi Fuling pills high dose group could obviously reduce rat peritoneal fluid levels of IL -6 (P <0.05), high, middle dose groups could significantly re-duce the levels of TNF -αin peritoneal fluid (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling pills have a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis in rats .关键词
