Intervention of Qingjin Yifei Decoction on the Expression of Tumor Necrosis Factor -αof Rats Sufferring from Syndrome of Phlegm -heat Obstructing Lung of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Abstract
Objective: To explore the intervention of Qingjin Yifei decoction on the expression of tumor necrosis factor -αof rats sufferring from syndrome of phlegm -heat obstructing lung of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis .Methods: Healthy male SD rats of clean grade were randomly divided into five groups : Blank control group (K group), syndrome of phlegm -heat obstructing lung of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis model group (M group), traditional Chinese medicine therapy group(Z group), hormone therapy group (J group), traditional Chinese medicine plus hormone therapy group (H group ).Establish the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis models by dropping the bleomycin into trachea , and establish the phlegm -heat obstructing lung models by dropping the lipopolysaccharide into trachea the next day .Detect the ex-pression levels of TNF -αin lung tissues of rats in each group, and observe pathological changes of lung tissue under light microscope.Results: Except K group, other groups had a different degrees of characteristic pathological changes of pulmonary fibrosis under the light microscope .Compared with the K group, the expression levels of IL -8 were signifi-cantly increased in M, Z, J and H group, which had a statistical significance (P <0.01);the levels of Z, J and H group were lower than that in M group (P <0.01); H group was lower than Z and J group (P <0.01); J group was lower than Z group(P <0.01).Conclusion: The mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis may be related to over -expression of TNF -α,and Qingjin Yifei decoction may delay the progress of syndrome of phlegm -heat obstructing lung of idio-pathic pulmonary fibrosis by inhibiting the expression of TNF -α.关键词
