摘要

Abstract

Use Phenol-sulfuric acid to measure the content of polysaccharide and the method of DPPH and general re-ducing force to test antioxidant activity of Fermentation Broth of Cordyceps sinensis.This paper had carried out a research on the relationship of the content of exopolysaccharides and antioxidant activities of them and compared the activities of the twice fold concentrated Fermentation Broth CSFB37 and CSFB60 under the condition of 37℃ and 60℃, respectively. The results showed that contents of exopolysaccharides of CSFB, CSFB37 and CSFB60 were 1.28mg/mL,2.85 mg/mL and 2.50 mg/mL;CSFB, CSFB37 and CSFB60 were of the abilities of clearing the free radical of DPPH and reducing pow-er, CSFB,CSFB37 and CSFB60 IC50 were 4.49μg/mL、5.54μg/mL and 5.30μg/mL;and the antioxidant activity of poly-saccharide was CSFB>CSFB60 >CSFB37 .
