和厚朴酚在大鼠体内药动学及唾液分布研究
Pharmacokinetics and Salivary Distribution of Honokiol in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate pharmacokinetics and salivary distribution of honokiol after intravenous administration of osthole to rats.Methods:Each rat was given a dose of honokiol injection via the vein.RP-HPLC method was used to determine the concentration of honokiol in plasma and saliva.Pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by the comput-er program 3P97.Results:Honokiol showed two compartment modesl and the main parameters of pharmacokinetics were as follows:t1/2 =(102.980 ±10.600)min, AUC=(1219.260 ±120.520)μg· min/mL,Vc=(0.722 ±0.027) L/kg, CL=(0.0246 ±0.002) L/min.Conclusion:Osthole can be detected in saliva, and the correlation is significant in parot-id and mandibular glands and plasma after administration.It is suggested that the parotid and mandibular saliva samples may be used for monitoring honokiol therapy in the future.关键词
