Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Hugan Jiangzhi prescription with western medicine in the treat-ment of fatty liver with high cholesterol.By doing these we provided support for the clinical treatment of fatty liver with high cholesterol.Methods:78 patients with fatty liver with high cholesterol were divided into two groups.The observa-tion group and the control group had 39 cases,respectively.In the control group Ganlixin and fenofibrate capsules were given.In the observation group patients were given Hugan Jiangzhi prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, liver function and lipid profile were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 84.6%in the ob-servation group.The total effective rate in the control group was 64.1%.The total efficiency of observation group was better than that of the control group (χ2 =4.30,P<0.05).After treatment, ALT, AST, CGT, TC, TG in two groups were lower (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the changes of ALT, AST, CGT, TC, TG were superior in observation group to that in the control group (t=11.23, 9.89, 8.97, 3.45, 3.56, P<0.05).Conclusion: Hugan Jiangzhi prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of fatty liver with high cholesterol showed a signifi-cantly clinical effect.The program was worth promoting and exploring.关键词
