Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Kunbao pill with western medicine in the treatment of menopaus-al syndrome and hormone levels.Methods:98 cases of women were randomly divided into a treatment group and a con-trol group according to random number table.There were 49 cases in each group.The observation group was received 50 Kunbao pills twice a day for a month.The control group was received estrogen therapy of 2.5mg Livial one time every day for one month.The clinical symptoms, adverse reactions and hormone levels were observed between two groups.Re-sults:The total effective rate was 91.8% in the treatment group.The total efficiency rate was 89.7% in the control group.There was no significant difference between two groups (χ2 =0.12, P <0.05 ) .Compared with the control group, the magnitude of change in FSH and LH in the treatment group and the change in the control group had no signif-icant difference ( t=0 .11 ,P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Kunbao pill has no significant difference with the efficacy of western medicine in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Livial has no significant difference with Kun-bao pill for the improvement of the change of FSH and LH.Kunbao pill has less adverse reaction and shows certain clini-cal feasibility.关键词
