Abstract

Objective:To establish the determination method of Schizandrin, Aomisin and Deoxyschizandrin in Wuweizi syrup with RP-HPLC.Methods:The samples were analyzed on a XDB C18 column (5μm,4.6mm ×250mm) by using formaldehyde-water as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min,250nm as the detection wave-length.Re-sults:Schizandrin showed a good relationship at the range of 0.04 ~2.02mg/ml (r=1).Regression Equation:y=10311x-23.19.The average recovery of syringin was 98.37%and RSD=1.519%.Aomisin showed a good relationship at the range of 0.011~1.76 mg/ml (r=0.9998).Regression Equation:y=10704x-24.666.The average recovery of syringin was 101.625%and RSD=1.307%.Deoxyschizandrin showed a good relationship at the range of 0.004~0.81mg/ml (r=1).Regression Equation:y=10601x-4.9829.The average recovery of syringin was 102.311% and RSD=0.824%.Conclusion:The method is simple,convenient and accurate,and can be used for content determination of Mixed ZiMu lipid classes in Wuweizi syrup.
