山茱萸连续超声逆流提取工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the successive ultrasound countercurrent extraction from Cornus officinalis.Method:Take the rate of dry extract and transport rate of loganin as assessment index and use orthogonal test to optimize the suc-cessive ultrasound countercurrent extraction parameter of Cornus officinalis.Result: The optimum extraction condition was that herbs needn't be crushed Ultrasound frequency was 30kHz,and the solvent was 80%alcohol.The ratio of feed to solvent was 1∶15.Conclusion:The optimum extraction technology is reasonable and scientific, and it could be used for large scale production.关键词
