防己黄芪汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾组织Podocin表达的影响
Effect of Fangji Huangqi Decoction on the Expression of Podocin of Adriamycin Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Fangji Huangqi decoction on the adriamycin induced nephropathy ( AIN) rats podocin.Methods:10 of 60 male SD rats were randomly selected as the control group,and others received twice tail vein injection,and the dose was 4mg/kg.We established adriamycin-induced nephropathy rat models in the second injection after 7 days.The model rats were randomly divided into the model group, high-dosage, medium-dosage and low-dosage medicine treatment groups with the level of 24 hour urinary protein quantity.Gavage lasted 4 weeks with corre-sponding medicine.Then put them in the metabolism cages, record the 24h urine volume.We determined 24h urinary protein quantity.The expression of podocin in rats renal tissues was observed with immunohistochemistry.Results:24h urinary protein quantity of the rats in the model group increased obviously compared with that in the normal group and the expression of podocin in renal tissue decreased.The above indexes in treatment groups by high-dosage,medium-dosage and low-dosage medicine were improved to different degrees.Conclusion:Fangji Huangqi decoction can reduce the quantity of 24 hours urine protein of adriamycin induced nephropathy rats and protect the podocyte by moderating the expression of podocin.关键词
