洋参御唐丸对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠肾组织TGF－β1、Smad2／3表达的影响
Effects of Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills on the Expressions of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in the Kidney of Diabetic Nephropathy Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills and the expressions of TGF -β1 and Smad2/3 in the kidney of diabetic nephropathy ( DN) rats.Methods:After high sugar and high fat feeding for 4 weeks, Streptozotocin( STZ) was injected into the abdominal cavity in small dosage to establish DN models.Rats were divided into DN group, Benazepril Hydrochloride group, Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills of high and low dose groups.Normal rats were used as normal control group.After administration for 12 weeks, observe the expressions of Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills to DN rats of kidney pathology and TGF-β1,Smad2/3 in the kidney.Results:The expressions of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 in the kidney were decreased by Ginseng Imperial Sugar Pills obviously.Conclusion:The effect of Ginseng Im-perial Sugar Pills on reducing ECM accumulation and improving DN kidney pathology is related to decreasing the expres-sions of TGF-β1 and Smad2/3 .关键词
