摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the main chemical components of volatile oil from abnormal savda munziq ( decoction) . Methods:Use the method from Chinese Pharmacopoeiato extract volatile oil from abnormal savda munziq ( decoction ) . Separate and identify volatile oil from abnormal savda munziq ( decoction ) by gas chromatography tandem mass spec-trometry capillary chromatography method.The relative percentage content of each volatile component was quantified by area nomalization method.Results:The volatile oil was identified a total of 16 kinds of major compounds,with trans-an-ethole accounting for 83.97%.Conclusion:The main components of volatile oil from abnormal savda munziq(decoction) were from Foeniculum vulgare Mill which belorgs to prescription medicines.
