艾灸会阴穴加体针治疗外阴营养不良的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe clinically curative effect of moxibustion perineum point plus body acupuncture for the treatment of vulvardystrophy.Methods:Sixty patients with vulvar dystrophy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,and each group had thirty patients.Patients in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion perineum point plus body acupuncture,and patients in the control group were treated with traditional medicine treatment, then we compared the changes of clinical symptoms and signs.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 70 percent,and the control group was 40 percent,and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05) after the treatment. The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of pruritus and skin elasticity, and the two groups had a significant difference ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion:Oxibustion perineum point plus body acupuncture in the treatment of vulvar dystrophy has an obvious effect,and it is an effective way for treating vulvar dystrophy.关键词
