青龙衣中的醌类成分研究
Quinones of Juglans Mandshurica Maxim
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the quinones of Juglans mandshurica Maxim .Methods:The chemical constituents were separated and purified by the preliminary enrichment of macroporous resin and a variety of chromatographic techniques . Their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.Results:Eight compounds were identified as juglone (1), 5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (2), 1,3-dihydroxy-2-methylanthraqui -none (3), 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-methoxyanth-raquinone (4), 2, 6-dimethoxy-1, 4-benzoquinone (5), 1-methyl-3,8-dihydroxy-6-methoxyanthraquinone (6), xanthopurpurin (7), 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraqui-none (8) .Conclusion:Compounds 3~8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.关键词
