中医药治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块临床疗效的 Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medic ine on Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM therapy on the carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:Search The Cochrane Library, PubMed, CBM, CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP and collect information of randomized controlled trial ( RCT) about Chinese medicine treatment for carotid atherosclerotic plaque, building a database to re-trieve the time to August 2014 .Two reviewers independently screened the literatures based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,and extracted information and evaluation methods including studies after methodology quality by use of software RevMan 5.2.9 Meta-analysis.Results:Including 10 RCT, totally 1006 cases of patients, the treatment group was trea-ted with interventions of Chinese medicine-related therapy,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Meta -analysis showed that: Compared with conventional western medicine treatment, TCM intervention could significantly improve the clinical syndromes [OR=2.08,95%CI (1.50,9.55), P=0.004];as to the internal carotid artery thickness impacts, TCM was more effective compared with western medicine alone,and the difference was statistically significant [MD=-0.06,95%CI (-0.10, -0.03),P=0.000 6]:as to reducing plaque volume/area, traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention group was more significant compared with the control group ( P <0.000 01).Conclusion:In the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, the efficacy of Chinese medicine in the inter-vention group is better than that of the conventional western medicine group.Due to the poor quality and the quantity limitation,the above conclusions still need to be verified through more large samples of high-quality RCT.关键词
