温胆汤、化瘀温胆汤对糖耐量低减大鼠PI3K通路作用的研究
Experimental Research on the Effects of PI3 K Pathway in IGT rats by Wendan Decoction and Huayu Wendan Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The experiment aimed to study the protein expressions of phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase(PI3K), protein kinase B( PKB) and glycogen synthase kinase-3β( GSK-3β) in the tats′fat by immunohistochemistry method. Methods:The SD rats were divided into four groups at random,which were blank control group,IGT model group,Wen-dan decoction group and Huayu Wendan decoction group.Detect the protein expressions of PI3K,PKB and GSK-3βin the fat by immunohistochemical staining.Results:Compared with the blank control group, the protein expressions of PI3K and PKB in fat of IGT group all decreased,but the protein expression of GSK-3βincreased obviously.Conclusion:Wendan decoction and Huayu Wendan decoction can have an effect on different levels of PI3K pathway in the IGT rats.关键词
