丹葛保肝复方提取工艺的研究
Extraction Process of Salvia and Pueraria Hepatoprotective Compound
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To sort out the best method for the extraction process of Salvia and Pueraria hepatoprotective com-pound.Methods:After orthogonal experiment, use HPLC to simultaneously determine the contents of salvianolic acid B and Puerarin, with the contents of salvianolic acid B and Puerarin, dry extract yields as indexes, the effects of solvent a-mount, extracting times and extracting time on extraction were investigated for the optimum extraction process.Results:The optimum extraction parameters were as follows:25 times of distilled water, soaking 60 min, reflux extraction 2 times and 2.5 h each time.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process for each index component extraction rate is higher and can provide the basis for the preparation of production.关键词
