Abstract
Objective: To establish a double wavelength HPLC for simultaneous determination of syringin and spinosin contents in Wujiazaoren oral paste.Methods:The analysis was performed on gradient elution by using acetoniterile and 0.1%phosphoric acid, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Syringin and spinosin were detected at 265 nm and 335 nm, respectively.The column temperature was 40℃.Results:The calibration curves of syringin and spinosin showed good-linearity in the ranges of 0.16~0.80μg,0.10~0.50μg.The average recoveries were 98.81%and 99.36%.Conclu-sion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for simultaneously determining syringin and spinosin contents in Wujiazaoren oral paste.关键词
