滋阴润燥生津汤联合硫酸羟化氯喹治疗干燥综合征临床研究
Treatment of Sjogren’ s Syndrome with Ziyin Runzao Shengjin Decoction and Hydroxychloroquine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Ziyin Runzao Shengjin decoction and Hydroxychloroquine on Sjogren ’ s syndrome .Methods:104 patients of Sjogren ’ s syndrome were randomly divided into three groups .Group A,including 52 patients,was treated with Chinese medicine of Ziyin Runzao Shengjin decoction and Hydroxychloroquine for one month .Group B,including 26 patients,was treated only by Hydroxychloroquine .Group C , including 26 patients , was aimed at relieving symptom .The scores for dry mouth and dry eyes,the efficacy on salivary flow rate,Schirmer test,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and IgG,and so on were compared among the three groups before and after treatment .Results:There was no signifi-cant difference in the laboratory parameters and clinical symptoms among the three groups before treatment . After treatment obvious improvement of the scores for dry mouth ,the salivary flow rate,Schirmer test,ESR,and IgG was shown in group A and group B (P<0.05),Besides, the optimal effect was shown in group A .In group C there was no statistical difference before and after treatment ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Traditional Chi-nese medicine of Ziyin Runzao Shengjin decoction and Hydroxychloroquine can relieve xerosis and xerostomia effectively and has a positive effect on primary Sjogren’ s syndrome.关键词
