痰瘀互结证对高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的影响
Effect of Phlegm and Blood Stasis on the Homocysteine(Hcy) Levels of Hyperpietics

Abstract
Objective:Discuss the influence of phlegm and blood stasis on the homocysteine ( Hcy) levels of hy-perpietics.Methods:Intake 83 phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics and 66 no-phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics , comparing with 30 healthy subjects .Test the fasting plasma homocysteine levels of three groups.Results:The homocysteine levels of the phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics were significantly higher than both of the no -phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics and healthy subjects ( P<0 .01 ) , and there was no statistically significant difference between the no -phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics and healthy subjects ( P>0 .05 );the homocysteine levels of the grade 3 hyperpietics were significantly higher than both of the grade 1 hyperpietics and the grade 2 hyperpietics (P<0.01),and there was no statistically signifi-cant difference between the grade 1 hyperpietics and the grade 2 hyperpietics(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ho-mocysteine levels of the phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics are significantly higher than both of the no -phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics and healthy subjects ,which may provide objective basis on syndrome judging of phlegm and blood stasis type hyperpietics .The homocysteine levels of the grade 3 hyperpietics are significantly higher than both of the grade 1 hyperpietics and the grade 2 hyperpietics .Hcy metabolic disorders may be the one link on aggravation of the hypertension .关键词
