Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Kuan -xiong aerosol on coronary heart disease angina in clinic . Methods:66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .The patients in treatment group were given Kuan-xiong aerosol,and the patients in control group were treated with nitroglycerin ,with comparison of data before and after treatment .Results:Kuan-xiong aerosol had a similar efficacy with nitro-glycerin ,and there was no statistically significant difference in terms of improvement of angina pectoris and e-lectrocardiogram (P>0.05);Kuan-xiong aerosol in patients with different TCM syndrome types was appli-cable .Its curative effect was not inferior to nitroglycerin .Conclusion:Kuan-xiong aerosol for coronary heart disease angina has a curative effect , which is worth clinical application .关键词
