齐墩果酸对S180荷瘤小鼠细胞色素C和Caspase-3表达的影响
Effect on Expression of Cytochrome C and Caspase-3 of S180 Tumor-bearing Mice Treated by Oleanolic Acid
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The mechanism of cell apoptosis had been explored after tumor -bearing mice were trea-ted by oleanolic acid.Methods: There were five groups of S180 tumor -bearing mice, which were model group, oleanolic acid groups with different doses ( high, middle and low ) and cyclophosphamide group .The expressions of cytochrome C and Caspase -3 were measured by immunohistochemistry .Results: Oleanolic acid induced the protein level of cytochrome C and Caspase -3 increased compared with the model group ( P<0.01 ) .Oleanolic acid may induce the tumor cell apoptosis .Conclusion:Oleanolic acid can up-regulate the protein expressions of cytochrome C and Caspase -3 of S180 tumor-bearing mice .It is through mitochondrial apoptotic pathway for exerting antitumor effect .关键词
