摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the method of making animal models with cold and stagnation of the circula-tion of vital energy blood stasis .Methods:Establish blood stasis adrenaline and ice water bath composite low temperature freezing model in rats , and compare the correlative index with low temperature freezing method , adrenaline and ice water bath method model .Results: The model group showed obviously black color around the lip,dark red of ear color ,which belonged to stasis signs;body temperature decreased significantly;abnor-mal blood rheology , there was a significant difference compared with normal group and control group .Conclu-sion:Use above-mentioned methods for blood stasis due to cold accumulation and stagnation of the circulation of vital energy rat model in accordance with the characteristics of TCM syndrome , which can determine the model established .
