甘草地上部分总黄酮含量测定方法的筛选
Selection of Content Determination Methods of Total Flavonoids of the Aerial Part of Licorice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To examine the impact of different flavonoid references and different color reactions as an indicator to the determination of total flavonoids of the aerial part of licorice.Methods:Choose Liquiritin,ru-tin, quercetin as references, AlCl3 colorimetric method , 10% KOH chromogenic method, NaNO2 -Al (NO3)3chromogenic method, determine the content of total flavonoids of the aerial parts of licorice by UV spectrophotometry.Results:Determination of total flavonoid contents by different references and color reac-tions, the results were quite different.Conclusion : When we determine the content of total flavonoids of the aerial part of licorice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, quercetin can be used as reference, 10%KOH as chro-mogenic agent chromogenic method.关键词
