凤仙透骨草总黄酮的抑菌活性研究
Antibacterial Activity of Flavonoids from Impatiens Balsamina L.
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the antibacterial activity of flavonoids from Impatiens balsamina L.for Microspo-rum canis and Candida albicans.Methods:Take dakening for the comparison,and use oxford plate to deter-mine the diameter of inhibition zone and the minimal inhibitory concentration.Results:The MIC of total fla-vonoids to the Microsporum canis and Candida albicans was 0.7813mg/ml and 1.563mg/ml, respectively, and MBC was 0.7813mg/ml and 3.125mg/ml, respectively.Conclusion:The total flavonoids from Impatiens balsamina L.have a certain effect on the two kinds of fungals , but the effect on Candida albicans is more notable.关键词
