摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical EtOAc extract constituents of Juglans mandshurica Maxim .Meth-ods:The chemical constituents were separated and purified by a variety of chromatographic techniques .Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data.Results:Nine compounds were identified as follows , 20β-hydroxyl-damar-23-en-3-ketone(1 ), lupeol palmitate(2), 2,5-dimethoxyp-benzoquinone (3), 2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone(4), 1-hydroxy-6-methyl-anthraquinone(5), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic methyl ester(6), 1,3-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid(7), caffeic acid(8), m-methoxyphenol (9) .Conclusion:Compounds1,3~5,7,9 were isolated from this genus for the first time and compounds 2 , 6and 8 were isolated from pericarps of Juglans mandshurica Maxim for the first time .
