摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate TCM symptoms properties of the nutritional obese rats by high fat diet ,and to analyze biological difference of the changes of the components of erythrocute membrane.Methods:Seventy-one Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, ordinary feeding group and high fat feeding group, with 10 rats in ordinary feeding group and 61 rats in high fat feeding group.The control group was fed with nor-mal diet,and the model group was fed with nurtritional diet, continuing to feed for 9 weeks.Observe apparent chracteristics in rats after success of the model replication.The body weight, Lee's index, body fat/body weight were measured;the degrees of TG,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C were detected after blood withdrawing. The whole blood viscosity,the plasma viscosity and the components of erythrocyte membrane were also deter-mined and compared with those in the control group.Results:The successful rate of modeling method was 82%, and the models had apparent characteristics of phlegm dampness syndromes of traditional Chinese medi-cine.Compared with the ordinary feeding group, the weight and body fat/body weight of model group were in-creased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.01); the Lee's index was also increased (P<0.05).TG levels in-creased markedly(P<0.05).HDL-C levels decreased markedly(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity was increased under 200s-1 and 30s-1(P<0.05,P<0.05).The plasma viscosity and the contents of MDA in the model group were increased (P<0.05,P<0.05), SOD and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity of erythro-cyte membrane were decreased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.01).Conclusion:The TCM symptoms properties of the nutritional obese rats by high fat diet are Phlegm dampness syndromes.The model can decrease SOD and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity and increase the degree of MDA of erythrocyte membrane which may be one of the mechanisms of improving the blood viecosity.
