Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and Qi in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage.Methods:75 cases with pulmonary heart disease in the remis-sion stage in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected,and were divided into a con-trol group (37 cases) and an observation group (38 cases) ,and were given conventional therapy and routine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and Qi.The St George's respiratory dis-ease questionnaire ( SGRQ) score and treatment effect and brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) concentration and heart three-dimensional color Doppler detection results in two groups were observed.Results:The total effec-tive rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and in the observation group after treatment the SGRQ score and the concentration of BNP and the heart of three dimensional color Doppler detection results were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine western medicine Chinese medicine of toni-fying kidney and Qi for patients with pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage can obtain a good clinical effect.关键词
