自拟补气行血汤对气虚血瘀型中风先兆患者脑血管血流动力学参数的影响
Clinical Study on the Effect of Self-made Buqi Xingxue Decoction on Haemodynamics Parameters of Stroke Precursor Patients with Deficiency of Qi and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of Self-made Buqi Xingxue decoction on haemody-namics parameters of stroke precursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type, and to explore the improvement action of self-made Buqi Xingxue decoction on cerebrovascular blood circulation of stroke pre-cursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type.Methods:108 patients conformed to the inclusion criteria of stroke precursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 54 cases in each group.The parients in the control group took anti-freezing drugs and thrombolytic drugs and other drugs with improvement effect on cerebral circulation for 2 weeks,and the patients in the observation group took self-made Buqi Xingxue decoction on the basis of thera-pies in the control group for 2 weeks.After the treatment, the haemodynamics parameters in two groups were observed, and the data of the observation group were compared with those of the control group.Results: In theobservation group, the self -made Buqi Xingxue decoction could significantly increase peak systolic flow velocity,minimum flow velocity, mean flow velocity and mean blood flow, and reduce cerebral vascular resistance.Compared with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01), and compared with those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01).Conclusion: The self -made Buqi Xingxue decoction has a better improvement effect on haemodynamicsparameters of stroke precursor patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type.关键词
