Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of self-made Li Kun decoctioncombined with Climen in the treatment of premature ovarian failure patients with kidney deficiency for improving the concentrations of serum FSH, estrogen and LH, in order to explore the action of this kind of treatment for regulating the level of sex hormones.Methods:60 premature ovarian failure patients with kidney deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group the were treated by Climen as artificial cycle replacement therapy, with 3 courses continuously, while the patients in the observation group were given self-made Li Kun decoction on the basis of the treatment therapy in the control group with 3 courses continuously.After treatment, the levels of FSH, estrogen and LH were observed to demonstrate the effect of self-made Li Kun decoction combined with Cli-men in the treatment of premature ovarian failure patients with kidney deficiency and the effect was compared with that in the control group.Results: The concentrations of FSH and LH were significantly decreased and the level of estrogen was elevated after patients were treated by self-made Li Kun decoction combined with Climen, and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Mo-reover,the difference was significant compared with that in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion: The treatment of self-made Li Kun decoction combined with Climen has a good effect on improving sex hormone levels of patients.关键词
