敏感层涂敷方法对 ZnO 基传感器酒敏性能的影响
Effects of Different Coating Methods on Ethanol Sensing Properties of ZnO Based Sensor

Abstract
The rod-like ZnO nanomaterials were synthesized successfully by a simple chemical solution growth method.These nanostructures were coated and grown in-situ on ceramic tube to prepare gas sen-sors respectively.The ethanol sensing properties of the two types of sensors were measured by stationary state gas distribution method.The optimal working temperature of these two sensors was about 300 ℃, and the response and recovery time were less than 10 s.Additionally, the response prepared by powder coating was about 2 times of that prepared by in-situ growth, and the responses of the two sensors in-creased near-linearly with the alcohol gas concentration.These results indicated that different coating methods could result in different structures of the sensitive layers, which led to an obvious difference in the gas sensing properties.关键词
