On the Legal Relief to Personal Injury of Students in Post Practice

Abstract
When suffered personal injury,the students in post practice can seek legal relief from the Labor Law, Tort Law and Insurance Law,etc.but each way has its limits.In order to protect the students'rights and safe-guard the implementation of post practice,it is necessary to complete the relevant legal institutions and structure diversified legal relief methods.关键词
