摘要
Abstract
At present,China has entered into critical period of social and economic transformation.Rural disad-vantaged group problem has become an important factor which affects economy development and social stability. The formation of rural disadvantaged group has their own reason and some other social economic causes.Due to lacking of abilities and rights,rural disadvantaged groups express their interest when they meet some difficulties, such as impersonal expression consciousness,non -institutionalized interests’defended ways and illegal manner for expressing interest.In view of Empowerment Theory of social work,we can help rural disadvantaged group ex-press their interest from three dimensions of empowerment practice:individualism,community,organization and society.关键词
