摘要
Abstract
The Western Fujian revolutionary base actively implemented the Soviet Central Government’s policy of protecting people’s life and health right.In the complex war environment at that time and under the very poor e-conomic conditions,a number of specific provisions may or may not be able to fully achieve the implementation, but highlight the concept of the Party’s Governing for the people,which are still useful for the modern construc-tion of public health and hygiene.关键词
