基于DE A的湖南省高技术产业创新效率研究
Research on the Innovation Efficiency of High-Tech Industry of Hunan Province Based on DEA
摘要
Abstract
Referring to the innovation efficiency of high -tech industry of Hunan province,this paper uses the method of DEA to establish evaluation index system.Based on the input -output data from 2000 to 2011,it builds a model by MATLAB to evaluate and analyze the data.The results show that the whole innovation efficiency of high-tech industry of Hunan province is not high,and R&D personnel and expenditure have a large surplus. Based on these,it further analyzes the causes of innovation inefficiency.关键词
