计及供需侧备用协调优化的含风电场电力系统经济调度
A wind integrated power system economic dispatch based on supply-demand coordinated optimization method

Abstract
The large⁃scale wind farm integration has risen the compensation capacity when the accident happened, but its rate has not been changed. The idle reserve of the traditional dis⁃patching mode of power system which contains wind power has in⁃creased. Therefore, considering the uncertainty and volatility of wind power, the cost model which reflects the economic character⁃istics of the reserve capacity of generation side and flexible load is formulated. These two characteristics are complementary through the coordination and optimization of risk management. This cost model is introduced into the traditional dispatching mode of power system which contains wind power. Bacterial colony chemotaxis op⁃timization is employed to solve this problem. Case studies are car⁃ried out on a system which consists 10 thermal generators and a large wind farm. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.关键词
