将风力发电(以下简称风电)分散式接入中低压配电网,采用就地消纳的模式是大规模风电集中并网、远距离输送供电模式的一种较好的补充方式。通过对高渗透率分布式风电功率进行小波包分解,确定了并入电网功率及能量型、功率型储能的充放电功率指令,并提出了一种确定小波包分解层数及频段的优化方法,即以分解层数和频段为控制变量,建立电网总电压偏差最小、总有功网损最小、总电压闪变裕度最大、能量型储能等效寿命损耗最小的多目标函数,进而解得最优分解下并入电网的低频功率及混合…查看全部>>
